Returns and exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order from Marilyn Nicole, you have the option to return it for a full refund. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. We gladly accept returns on full price, sale, and clearance items. Make sure that the items are in the same condition in which you received them, with the tag and packaging intact. Marilyn Nicole is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. We recommend that you use your own traceable and insured shipping method. Please send your return to the following address:

Will I be issued a refund?
Yes, we will issue refunds for returned items postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are obligated by law to collect 10% sales tax on orders.

If you have any questions regarding an order placed online, the best way to reach us is via email at ordersl@marilynnciole.com. You can also call us at (334) 226-4079 anytime between 10 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. All messages received after 5:00 pm will be responded to the following day.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time you placed your order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

All Marilyn Nicole jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisans at our studio in Naples, Florida.

When will my order ship?
Since all pieces are handmade to order, all orders are produced and shipped within 7 – 10 business days, Monday thru Friday.
What is the shipping cost?
FREE GROUND SHIPPING for orders over $50. $5 Flat Rate Shipping For All Orders Under $50.
Does Marilyn Nicole ship overseas?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer international shipping.
Where is my Marilyn Nicole order shipping from?
All Marilyn Nicole jewelry is shipped from our studio in Naples,Florida.
Does Marilyn Nicole ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a shipment tracking number after your order has shipped.
Jewelry Care
Protect all jewelry from scratches, chemicals, and contact with water. After wearing, gently wipe each piece clean of make-up and skin oils. Store jewelry separately so it doesn’t tangle with or scratch other jewelry. Apply make-up and hair spray before putting on your jewelry. Make-up and hair spray contain chemicals that may affect your jewelry. Do not store jewelry next to heating vents, windowsills, or in the car. Do not wear jewelry while in a pool, hot tub, or bathing. If treated with care, your jewelry will last for years to come.
